Our team offers a wide range of counselling to help meet your needs.
Once we receive a referral from one of our community partners, our intake team will reach out to setup an initial meeting. You will then be connected with one of our highly skilled therapists.

Peer Support Program
Our peer support program has been carefully designed and implemented by our peer supporters. Peer support is grounded on the authentic relationship between the lived experience of mental health challenges. It focuses on empowerment and recovery.

Available Supports Upon Discharge
Once you have completed our program, you will continue to have access to our self-help resources. We will also work with you to find other resources if needed.
Our Shared Care Partners
Family physicians are the first point of contact with patients who are struggling with mental health
Patients often feel most comfortable opening up and discussing their mental health needs with their primary care provider
Family physicians play a critical role in supporting and appropriately referring to mental health services
Shared care models involve capacity building and training for primary care providers in order to recognize and successfully support patients with mental health
We will provide ongoing mental health training and support for our partners of primary care
We will also give our partnered family physicians priority in serving their patients
Constant communication between the mental health team and the family physician will also be a priority to ensure best practice
